Ordering

What types of payment methods do you offer?

We process our payments through Paypal, in which you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and

American Express.

Do I have to order online?

We are an online only swimwear boutique, so all orders must be made online.

On the plus side, you will be able to shop 24/7, all over the world.

Do you carry all sizes?

We are glad to accommodate women of various sizes. Click here to view our Perfect Sizing Guide. 

Please contact us to see if we are able to fulfill your request in the desired style.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. 

Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please contact us for Overnight shipping rates.

You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

Why has my order been cancelled?

One of two things may have occurred. We were unable to verify your billing information or the

item is out of stock. We will contact you if any issues arise.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please be sure you are ordering the correct garment and size. Contact us if you need to make any change(s) to an order. An order can only be changed within 24 hours of it being placed, as long as it has not shipped. Unfortunately, once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

Do you provide tracking info for packages?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

What if my package comes damaged?

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Insurance is an

option for added security and protection, for issues that may arise with shipping and handling. 

In the event damages should happen, please contact us the day you receive your package and we will

advise how we can handle the issue.

What do I do if I never receive my package?

Your tracking number will provide the expected date of delivery. If it is not received by the date, please contact

USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However, we will resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. This will be available in the near future.

​

Will my signature be needed for my delivery?

On Expedited and Overnight shipping, a signature will be required.

Promotional Codes

How do I use my promotional code?

When you reach checkout, there will be a section to enter your promotional code before

you place your order.
